Okay – I think we’re on the right track here. Been moving slowly – doing more reading than actual website work and creating projects. All good. Trying to be super patient while waiting to figure it all out. We have SO MANY great ideas that we’ve been brainstorming for a while. It’s slow going trying to figure out exactly what our niche is going to be. Dabbling in all things that make us happy is really fun right now.
The special occasion names are a given. That’s what started this whole idea. I like that we’re different from what’s out there. Just in the small group of young ladies that are letting us make the names for them, have all very different personalities. That’s how we’re able to create different sizes and suit each girls’ personas. I would love to say that we could live off of smiles and thank yous, but now it’s time to take the next step!
Our home decor projects are starting this week. It’s nice to have free labor living under my roof. All the chicken nuggets he wants as long as he helps his momma out. Maybe I’ll pitch him a slurpee sometime when it’s hot enough.
As I read all these posts from other bloggers and business owners, patience is the number one thing that I have to have. Building a brand and trying to figure out what works best for us is going to take time. It’s great to have found something that husband and I both enjoy. We’ve always made a great team. He carries out my ideas quite often.
