I know I continue to write about this. As I said in previous posts, I will be updating how it’s going and what I have discovered.
After MORE #pinterest reads and #YouTube tutorials, I still can’t get on the “MAKE A CRAP TON OF MONEY IN A DAY” bandwagon. Maybe just because I’m new and learning. Maybe it’s a thing. Time will tell.
I have seen that it IS possible to monetize your pinterest account without a blog, but what I have read that is even more important is that you SHOULD have your own website. Not many companies will accept you as an affiliate without one.
I am still with the basics. #Infolinks – which I have set up the plugin in the new website but haven’t seen it live yet.
What I have seen from the daily reports that I get emailed to me is, the smarter I get, the higher the numbers go. Unfortunately, the click throughs are not leading to sales. YET. But I like seeing how the number increase daily. Very steadily. AND, I haven’t quite figured out the link completely. But this one is WAY better than 2 or 3 posts ago! LOL!

OK – so I only have a few sponsors for this company. ShareASale being one. I have found several other companies that I have not heard of before but fit my niche so I have applied to them. I’m actually getting click throughs on those links.

Took me a little while to get the hang of it. I really started flowing when I learned more about using #pinterest for monetizing and then using #tailwind to keep the momentum going. Right now I have 9 days worth of pins scheduled knowing that I am going back to work tomorrow to my other job. Truly did start to see the numbers go up using this app as well as improving my SEO.

I LOVE the amount of advertisers that I know on FlexOffers. Not all are in my niche though so I am trying not to get discouraged when they turn me down (Oh yes, you WILL get turned down for some that you want) If you are a newbie like me, you don’t have the numbers that the particular advertiser is looking for. Fortunately, you can still apply again. And again. Until you and your website are exactly what they are looking for.
There’s where I am at for today. Cannot wait to go live with our new website. So much more professional looking. I’m not saying #wix did not make us look unprofessional, but, the navigation process that I went through and the work I put in, just looked like Freshman work.
